Frequently Asked Questions
Providing All Types of Car Maintenance Services
Check your owner's manual. Generally, oil changes are every 5,000-7,500 miles or 6 months, but it varies by vehicle. Other services are needed at different intervals. Contact us for a personalized maintenance schedule.
A basic car service typically includes an oil and filter change, fluid checks and top-ups (coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid), a visual inspection of belts and hoses, a brake inspection, tire rotation, and a general vehicle health check. Sometimes, it also includes filter replacements (air, cabin).
Several signs can indicate your car needs new brakes: squealing or grinding noises when braking, a pulsating brake pedal, a longer stopping distance, the car pulling to one side when braking, or a brake warning light on the dashboard.
If you experience any of these, get your brakes inspected immediately.
If your car overheats, pull over safely as soon as possible and turn off the engine. Let it cool down completely before checking the coolant level. Do not open the radiator cap while the engine is hot. If the coolant is low, add coolant once the engine is cool. If the problem persists, have it towed to a mechanic. Do not continue driving an overheating car.
